How do I evict a tenant
Evicting a tenant can be a stressful situation, however, with the help of Landlord Action, it can be much more painless. So, How do I evict a tenant?
A few years back, unfortunately, we had to evict a tenant for non-payment of rent. At the time we owned two properties and the mortgage payments were unmanageable without the tenant paying their rent. A few months in and we were struggling, so we engaged the services of Landlord Action.
We used their three-step service:
- step one (serving notice),
- step two (instigating court proceedings),
- step three (eviction).
The whole process was quite straightforward, we knew what fees were to be paid and we were successful in getting the tenant out.
