Since our last post, the conversion has moved along nicely together with the render that is being taken down around the outside of the house.

We are aiming to have the tin hat area of our scaffolding dismantled very soon so we have a lot to do in the meantime.  This of course will mean that at times the progress of each post will be a little faster or slower than each other.

In any event, our site is here to show you the many different aspects of renovating your home, so please do come back and visit us to see how we are getting on with each development.

Right, let’s get back to the loft (sorry, it’s now the top bedroom (as I keep getting reminded by my builder!))

The roof is looking good!

The top bedroom windows arrived from Brentwood Glass.  They look fantastic!  We love the look of the white frame on the inside and the grey frame on the outside.  All of the windows (including the two velux windows at the front) blend beautifully with the roof tiles. Our windows still have their protective white coloured film but once they have been fully installed, we will upload new photographs in our next instalment.
